CHECK CONDENSER FINS FOR BLOCKAGE OR DAMAGE\n\nIf the fins are clogged, wash them with a water and dry with compressed air.\n\nCAUTION: Be careful not to damage the fins.\n\nIf the fins are bent, straighten them with screwdriver or pliers.\n\n2. CHECK CONDENSER FITTINGS FOR LEAKAGE\nRepair as necessary.\n\nREMOVAL OF CONDENSER\n\n1. DISCHARGE REFRIGERATION SYSTEM\n(See page AC-12)\n\n2. REMOVE FRONT GRILLE AND HOOD LOCK BRACE\n\n3. DISCONNECT DISCHARGE FLEXIBLE HOSE FROM CONDENSER INLET FITTING\n\n4. DISCONNECT LIQUID LINE TUBE FROM CONDENSER OUTLET FITTING\n\nNOTE: Cap the open fittings immediately to keep moisture out of the system.\n\n5. REMOVE CONDENSER\nRemove the four bolts.\n\nINSTALLATION OF CONDENSER\n\n1. INSTALL CONDENSER\n\nInstall the four bolts making sure the rubber cushions fit into the mounting flanges correctly.\n\n2. CONNECT LIQUID LINE TUBE AND DISCHARGE FLEXIBLE HOSE TO CONDENSER\n\nTorque:\nLiquid line tube        135 kg-cm\n                        (10 ft-lb, 13 N-m)\nDischarge flexible hose 225 kg-cm\n                        (16 ft-lb, 22 N-m)\n\n3. INSTALL FRONT GRILLE AND HOOD LOCK BRACE\n\n4. IF CONDENSER IS REPLACED, ADD COMPRESSOR OIL TO COMPRESSOR\n\nAdd 25 — 30 cc (0.8 — 1.0 fl. oz.)\n\n5.
