EVACUATE, CHARGE AND TEST REFRIGERATION SYSTEM (See page AC-12)\n\nEXPANSION VALVE\nON-VEHICLE INSPECTION\n\n1. CHECK QUANTITY OF GAS DURING REFRIGE-RATION CYCLE\n\n2. INSTALL MANIFOLD GAUGE SET\n(a) Close the high pressure and low pressure valves.\n(b) Connect the high pressure hose to the discharge service valve of the compressor.\n(c) Connect the low pressure hose to the suction service valve of the compressor.\n\n3. RUN ENGINE\nRun the engine at 2,000 rpm for at least 5 minutes. Then check that the high pressure reading is 13 - 15 kg/cm² (185 - 213 psi, 1,275 - 1,471 kPa).\n\n4.
