INSPECT SOLENOID\n(a) Disconnect the connector from the ECT ECU.\n(b) Measure the resistance between S₁, S₂, S₃ and ground.\nSTD: 11 — 15Ω\n(c) Apply battery voltage to the solenoid. At this time, check that an operation noise can be heard from the solenoid.\nNOTE: If there is foreign matter in the solenoid valve, there will be no fluid control even with solenoid operation.\n\n3. INSPECT NEUTRAL START SWITCH\n(a) Shift the lever into the L or 2 range.\n(b) Disconnect the connector near the starter motor.\n(c) Check that there is continuity between L, 2 and ground.\n\n4. INSPECT THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR\nUsing an ohmmeter, check the resistance between each terminal.\n\nTerminal | Throttle valve condition | Resistance (kΩ)\nIDL — E₂ | Partly closed | 0\n           | Open | Infinity\nVc — E₂ | Fully closed | 3 — 7\n           | Fully open | 0.2 — 0.8\nV TA — E₂ | Fully open | 3.3 — 10\n\n5. INSPECT BRAKE SIGNAL\nCheck that the brake light comes on when the brake pedal is depressed.\n\n6. INSPECT SPEED SENSOR NO.2\n(a) Jack up the rear wheel on one side.\n(b) Connect an ohmmeter between the connector and ground.\n(c) Spin the wheel and check that the meter needle deflects from 0Ω to
