INSTALL PARKING LOCK PAWL AND PARKING PAWL PIVOT PIN\n\n2. INSTALL PIVOT SPRING\n\n3. INSTALL PARKING LOCK PAWL BRACKET\n(a) Push lock rod fully forward.\n(b) Install two bolts finger tight.\n(c) Check that the parking lock pawl operates smoothly.\n(d) Torque the bolts.\nTorque: 75 kg·cm (65 in.·lb, 7.4 N·m)\n\n4. INSTALL VALVE BODY (See page AT-34)\n\nREMOVAL OF EXTENSION HOUSING\n\n1. RAISE VEHICLE AND POSITION PAN TO CATCH ANY FLUID THAT MAY DRIP\n\n2. REMOVE PROPELLER SHAFT\n\n3. JACK UP TRANSMISSION SLIGHTLY\nSecurely support the transmission on a transmission jack. Lift the transmission slightly to remove weight from the rear support member.\n\n4. DISCONNECT SPEEDOMETER CABLE\nLoosen the serrated nut with pliers. Do not lose the felt dust protector and washer.\n\n5. REMOVE SPEEDOMETER DRIVEN GEAR\nRemove one bolt and locking tab. Pry out the speedometer driven gear with a screwdriver.\n\n6. REMOVE SPEED
