INSTALL DRIVEN GEAR AND DRIVE GEAR AND SET PUMP BODY ON TORQUE CONVERTER\nMake sure the top of the gears is facing upward.\n\n2. LOOSELY INSTALL PUMP COVER\nAlign the bolt holes and drop the pump cover into place.\nInstall the six bolts with wave washers finger tight.\n\n3. ALIGN PUMP AND DRIVE GEAR\nInstall the SST around the pump and cover.\nTighten SST to align the pump and cover.\nSST 09350-20013 (09363-20010)\n\n4. TIGHTEN SIX PUMP COVER BOLTS\nTorque: 75 kg-cm (65 in.-lb. 7.4 N-m)\n\n5. INSTALL TWO OIL SEAL RINGS ON PUMP COVER\nSpread the rings apart and slide them into the groove.\nHook both ends by hand.\nWipe off excess petroleum jelly.\n\n6. INSTALL NEW O-RING ON PUMP COVER\nMake sure a new O-ring is not twisted and is fully seated in the groove.\n\n7. CHECK PUMP DRIVE GEAR ROTATION\nTurn the drive gear with SST and make sure that it rotates smoothly.\nSST 09350-20013
