TEMPORARILY INSTALL REACTION PLATE ON PLANETARY\nInsert the plate into place for testing of the one-way clutch.\n\n15. TEST ONE-WAY CLUTCH\nThe planetary gear must rotate freely counterclockwise and lock clockwise.\nIf the clutch does not work correctly, it must be replaced.\n\n16. REMOVE REACTION PLATE\n\n17. INSTALL NYLON THRUST WASHER ON FRONT PLANETARY CARRIER\nApply petroleum jelly to the washer to hold it in place during later assembly. Match the lugs with the planetary carrier.\n\n18. INSTALL FRONT PLANETARY GEAR ASSEMBLY TO INTERMEDIATE SHAFT\n\n19. INSTALL PRESSURE PLATE\nInstall the pressure plate, positioning the flat surface toward the intermediate shaft.\n\n20. INSTALL NO. 3 BRAKE CLUTCH PACK\nUsing low-pressure compressed air, blow all excess ATF from discs.\nCAUTION: High-pressure air will damage the discs.\nInstall in order: Disc-plate-disc-plate-disc-plate-disc-plate-disc-plate-disc\n\n21. KEEP INNER RACE, APPLY TUBE, THRUST BEARING AND RACE
