INSTALL NEW O-RINGS ON REACTION SLEEVE AND PISTONS\nCAUTION: The thinner O-ring goes on the outside of the reaction sleeve.\n\n2. INSTALL INNER AND OUTER PISTONS IN REACTION SLEEVE\n(a) Push the inner piston into the cupped side of the reaction sleeve.\n(b) Push the outer piston onto the other side of the reaction sleeve.\n\n3. INSTALL PISTONS AND SLEEVE IN CASE\nCAUTION: Be careful not to damage the O-rings.\nHold the assembly with the outer piston upward (spring seats visible), and push the assembly into its bore in the case.\n\n4. INSTALL SST BASE UNDER CASE\nSST 09350-20013\n\n5. INSTALL SIXTEEN PISTON RETURN SPRINGS AND SET RETAINER WITH SNAP RING IN PLACE\nNOTE: The springs are visible through the cutout in the case, which helps position them more easily.\n\n6. COMPRESS PISTON RETURN SPRINGS TO ALLOW INSTALLATION OF SNAP RING\nCAUTION: Do not overtighten the bolt and bend the spring retainer.\n(a) Carefully position the spring compressor on the spring retainer.\n(b) Gradually and evenly tighten the bolt to compress the springs, being careful not to damage the transmission case with SST.\nSST 09350-20013 (09369-20040)\n\n7. INSTALL SNAP RING\n(a) Push snap ring into place with your fingers. Visually check to make sure it is fully seated and centered by the three lugs on the spring retainer.\n(b) Remove the SST.\nSST 09350-20013 (09369-20040)\n\n8. KEEP MANUAL VALVE LEVER, PARKING LOCK PAWL AND
