INSPECT RELAY CONTINUITY\n   (a) Check that there is continuity between terminals 1\n       and 3.\n   (b) Check that there is no continuity between terminals 2\n       and 4.\n\n   If continuity is not as specified, replace the relay.\n\n2. INSPECT RELAY OPERATION\n   (a) Apply battery voltage across terminals 2 and 4.\n   (b) Check that there is continuity between terminals 1\n       and 3.\n\n   If operation is not as specified, replace the relay.\n\nLight Control Rheostat (Analog Type)\nINSPECTION OF LIGHT CONTROL RHEOSTAT\nINSPECT RHEOSTAT OPERATION\n   (a) Gradually change the brightness of rheostat from\n       maximum to minimum, check that the resistance be-\n       tween terminals increases from 0 Ω to 10 Ω.\n\n0.0 —→ 10
