MEASURE ROTOR DISC RUNOUT\nMeasure the rotor disc runout at 10 mm (0.39 in.) from the outer edge of rotor disc.\nMaximum disc runout: 0.15 mm (0.0059 in.)\nIf the runout is greater than the maximum, replace the disc.\nNOTE: Make sure the front bearing is adjusted correctly.\n\n4. IF NECESSARY, REPLACE ROTOR DISC\n(a) Remove the torque plate from the knuckle.\n(b) Remove the axle hub. (See page FA-6)\n(c) Remove the disc from the axle hub.\n(d) Install a new rotor disc. Torque four bolts.\nTorque: 650 kg-cm (47 ft-lb, 64 N-m)\n(e) Install the axle hub and adjust the front bearing preload. (See page FA-8)\n(f) Install the torque plate onto the knuckle.\nTorque: 925 kg-cm (67 ft-lb, 91 N-m)\n\nASSEMBLY OF CYLINDER\n(See page BR-14)\n\n1. APPLY LITHIUM SOAP BASE GLYCOL GREASE TO FOLLOWING PARTS:\n(a) Main pin boot\n(b) Sliding pin and boot\n(c) Piston seal and piston\n(d) Dust boot\n\n2. INSTALL PISTON SEAL AND PISTON IN CYLINDER\n\n3.
