REMOVE NO. 1 TIMING BELT COVER AND TIMING BELT\n(a) Using chalk, place a rotation direction mark on the timing belt.\nNOTE: Install the timing belt in the same direction when\nreassembling.\n(b) Remove the No. 1 timing belt cover.\n(c) Remove the timing belt.\n\n17. REMOVE IDLER PULLEY AND TENSION SPRING\n\n18. REMOVE CRANKSHAFT TIMING PULLEY\nUsing SST and socket wrench, remove the crankshaft timing pulley.\nSST 09308-10010\n\n19. REMOVE OIL PUMP DRIVE SHAFT PULLEY\nUsing SST to hold the pulley, remove the set bolt and pulley.\nSST 09278-54012\n\nINSPECTION OF COMPONENTS\n\n1.
