INSTALL EGR COOLER\n\n2. APPLY SEALER TO CYLINDER BLOCK\n(a) Apply seal packing to the two locations shown.\nSeal packing: Part No. 08826-00080 or equivalent\n(b) Place a new head gasket over the dowels on the cylinder block.\n\n3. INSTALL CYLINDER HEAD\n(a) Position the cylinder head over dowels on the block.\n(b) Using SST, install and tighten the head bolts gradually in three passes and in the sequence shown. Torque the bolts on the final pass.\nSST 09043-38100\nTorque: 800 kg·cm (58 ft·lb, 78 N·m)\n\n4. INSTALL NO. 2 TIMING BELT COVER\n(a) Position a new gasket on the cylinder head.\n(b) Install the No. 2 timing belt cover with three bolts and two nuts.\nTorque: 130 kg·cm (9 ft·lb, 13 N·m)\n\nNut        Nut\n28 (1.10)\n43 (1.69)\n28 (1.10)\nBolt length\nmm (in.)\n\n5. INSTALL CAMSHAFT TIMING PULLEYS AND TIMING BELT\n(See steps 9 to 14 on page EM-15 to 17)\n\n7. INSTALL EXHAUST MANIFOLD\n(a) Position a new gasket on the cylinder head.\n(b) Install the exhaust manifold with seven nuts. Torque the nuts.\nTorque: 400 kg·cm (29 ft·lb, 39 N·m)\n\n8.
