TIGHTEN BOLTS AND NUTS ON CHASSIS AND BODY\n\nTighten the following parts:\n• Front seat mounting bolts\nTorque: 375 kg-cm (27 ft-lb, 37 N·m)\n• Front suspension member-to-body mounting bolts and nuts\nTorque: 800 kg-cm (58 ft-lb, 78 N·m)\n• Rear suspension member-to-body mounting bolts and nuts\nTorque: 1,200 kg-cm (87 ft-lb, 118 N·m)\n• Strut bar bracket-to-body mounting bolts\nTorque: 425 kg-cm (31 ft-lb, 42 N·m)\n\n23. FINAL INSPECTION\n\n(a) Check the operation of the body parts:\n• Hood\nAuxiliary catch operates properly\nHood locks securely when closed\n• Front doors\nDoor locks operate properly\nDoors close properly\n• Lift back door\nDoor lock operates properly\n• Seats\nSeat adjusts easily and locks securely at any position\nFront seat back locks securely at any position\nFolding-down rear seat backs lock securely\n\n(b) Road test\n• Check the engine and chassis for abnormal noises.\n• Check that the vehicle does not wander or pull to one side\n• Check that the brakes work properly and do not drag\n• Perform bedding down of the parking brake shoes and drum.
