INSTALL POWER STEERING PUMP\n(a) Place the PS pump in position and torque the front mount bolt.\nTorque: 375 kg·cm (27 ft·lb, 37 N·m)\n(b) Install the drive belt adjust bolt by hand.\n\n2. INSTALL PULLEY AND DRIVE BELT\n(a) Install the woodruff key and pulley.\n(b) Install the pulley set nut.\n(c) Install the drive belt.\n(d) Insert a bar under the PS pump and ply it upward until the belt tension is at specified value.\nBelt tension gauge:\nNippondenso BTG-20 (95606-00020) or\nBorroughs No. BT-33-73F\nDrive belt tension:\nNew belt 125 ÷ 25 lb\nUsed belt 80 ÷ 20 lb\nNOTE:\n• \"New belt\" refers to a brand new belt which has never before been used.\n• \"Used belt\" refers to a belt which has been used on a running engine for 5 minutes or more.\n(e) Torque the adjust bolt.\nTorque: 375 kg·cm (27 ft·lb, 37 N·m)\n(f) Push down on the drive belt to hold the pulley in place and torque the pulley set nut.\nTorque: 445 kg·cm (32 ft·lb, 44 N·m)\n(g) Install and torque the PS pump rear mount bolt.\nTorque: 375 kg·cm (27 ft·lb, 37 N·m)\n\n3. CONNECT PRESSURE TUBE TO POWER STEERING PUMP\nUsing SST, connect and torque the pressure tube.\nSST 09631-22020\nTorque: 450 kg·cm (33 ft·lb, 44 N·m)\n\n4. CONNECT RETURN HOSE TO RESERVOIR TANK\n\n5. CONNECT AIR HOSES TO AIR CONTROL VALVE\n\n6. FILL RESERVOIR WITH FLUID\nFluid: ATF DEXRON® or DEXRON® II\n\n7. BLEED POWER STEERING\n\n8.
