Confirm the problem symptoms first before selecting the appropriate troubleshooting procedure.\n\nHINT: If airbag warning light does not light up, perform the following troubleshooting:\n\n1\nCheck ECU-B fuse.\nNG → Go to step 6.\nOK ↓\n\n2\nCheck connection of center airbag sensor assembly connector.\nNG → Repair.\nOK ↓\n\n3\nPreparation.\n↓\n\n4\nCheck airbag warning light circuit.\nNG → Repair airbag warning light circuit (See page BE-36).\nOK ↓\n\n5\nDoes airbag warning light comes on?\nNO → Check harness between center airbag sensor assembly and electrical connection to clock mechanism. If normal, replace center airbag sensor assembly.\nYES ↓\n\nFrom the results of the above inspection, the malfunctioning part can now be confirmed. Before repairing the vehicle, use the simulation method to check.\n\n6\nIs new ECU-B fuse burnt out again?\nNO → Using simulation method, reproduce malfunction symptoms (See page AB-32).\nYES ↓\n\nCheck harness between ECU-B fuse and airbag warning light, and ECU-B fuse and center airbag sensor
