REMOVE EXPANSION VALVE\n(a) Remove the packing and heat sensing tube from suction and liquid tubes.\n(b) Remove the expansion valve from the evaporator.\n\nEvaporator\n\nINSPECTION OF EVAPORATOR\n\n1.   CHECK EVAPORATOR FINS FOR BLOCKAGE\nIf the fins are clogged, clean them with compressed air.\nNOTICE:   Never use water to clean the evaporator.\n\n2.   CHECK FITTINGS FOR CRACKS OR SCRATCHES\nRepair as necessary.\n\nASSEMBLY OF COOLING UNIT\n\nINSTALL COMPONENTS ON EVAPORATOR\n(a) Connect the expansion valve, suction and liquid tubes to the evaporator. Torque the bolt.\nTorque:   55 kg·cm (47.7 in.·lb, 5.4 N·m)\nNOTE: Be sure that the O-rings are positioned on the tube fitting.\n(b) Install the holder to the suction and liquid tubes with heat sensing tube.\n(c) Install the lower unit case to the evaporator.\n(d) Install the thermistor to the evaporator.\n(e) Install the upper unit case.\n(f) Install the four screws.\n(g) Install three clips.\n(h) Install the connector of thermistor.\n\nINSTALLATION OF COOLING UNIT\n\n1.   INSTALL COOLING UNIT\nInstall the cooling unit with four screws and three nuts.\n\n2.   CONNECT CONNECTOR OF THERMISTOR\n\n3.   INSTALL EFI AND A.B.S. COMPUTER\n\n4.   INSTALL GLOVE BOX COVER AND REINFORCEMENT\n\n5.   INSTALL GLOVE BOX AND UNDER COVER\n\n6.
