APPLY ADHESIVE\n(a) Cut off the tip of the cartridge nozzle, making a hole 5 mm (0.20 in.) in diameter. Fill the cartridge with adhesive.\n(b) Load the cartridge into the sealer gun.\n(c) Coat the glass with adhesive on all contact surfaces along the ridge.\nAdhesive height:\nIf there is adhesive on body 3.5 - 5.0 mm (0.138 - 0.197 in.)\nIf there is no adhesive on body 8 - 10 mm (0.31 - 0.39 in.)\n\n6. INSTALL WINDSHIELD GLASS\n(a) Position the glass so that reference marks are lined up, and press in gently along the rim.\n(b) Using a spatula, apply adhesive to the glass rim.\n(c) Use a spatula to remove any excess or protruding adhesive.\n(d) Fasten the glass securely until the adhesive sets.\n\n7. INSPECT FOR LEAKS AND REPAIR\n(a) Perform a leak test after the setting time has elapsed.\n(b) Seal any leaks with auto glass sealer. Part No. 08833-00030 or equivalent\n\n8. INSTALL WINDSHIELD MOULDING\n(See page BO-18)\n\n9. INSTALL FOLLOWING PARTS:\n(a) Wiper arms\n(b) Hood\n(c) Roof side rail garnish (w/o sport roof)\n(d) Sun visors and holders\n(e) Inner rear view mirror\n(f) Map light\n\n10. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH AND ASSIST GRIP\n(See step 1 on page BO-32)\n\n11.
