INSPECT NEGATIVE SIDE RECTIFIER\n(a)   Connect one tester probe to each rectifier terminal and\n      the other to each rectifier negative (—) terminal.\n\n(b)   Reverse the polarity of the tester probes.\n(c)   Check that one shows continuity and the other shows\n      no continuity.\nIf not, replace the rectifier holder.\n\nBearings\n\n1.    INSPECT FRONT BEARING\n      Check that the bearing is not rough or worn.\n\n2.
