REMOVE RELEASE BEARING, FORK AND BOOT FROM TRANSMISSION\n(a) Remove the clips, and pull off the bearing and hub.\n(b) Remove the fork and boot.\n\n(7M-GTE)\n1. REMOVE TRANSMISSION WITH CLUTCH COVER AND DISC\n(See page MT-3)\n\n2. REMOVE RELEASE BEARING HUB ASSEMBLY FROM CLUTCH COVER\n(a) Using snap ring pliers, remove the snap ring.\n(b) Remove the bearing hub assembly, wave washer and plate washer.\n\nINSPECTION OF CLUTCH PARTS\n\n1. INSPECT CLUTCH DISC FOR WEAR OR DAMAGE\nUsing calipers, measure the rivet head depth.\nMinimum rivet depth: 0.3 mm (0.012 in.)\nIf a problem is found, replace the clutch disc.\n\n2. INSPECT CLUTCH DISC RUNOUT\nUsing a dial indicator, check the disc runout.\nMaximum runout: 0.8 mm (0.031 in.)\nIf runout is excessive, replace the disc.\n\n3.
