REMOVE TANK AND O-RING\n(a) Pull the tank upward.\n(b) Remove the O-ring.\n\n3. (A/T)\nREMOVE OIL COOLER FROM LOWER TANK\n(a) 7M-GE\nRemove the pipes.\nHINT: Make a note of the direction the pipes face.\n(b) Remove the nuts, spring washers, plate washers and oil cooler.\n(c) Remove the O-rings from the oil cooler.\n\nASSEMBLY OF RADIATOR\n(See page CO-10)\n\n1. INSTALL OIL COOLER TO LOWER TANK\n[7M-GE (A/T)]\n(a) Clean the O-ring contact surface of the lower tank and oil cooler.\n(b) Install new O-rings (1) to the oil cooler (2).\n(c) Install the oil cooler (2) with O-rings (1) to the lower tank (3).\n(d) Install the plate washers (4), spring washers (5), and nuts (6).
