INSTALL WATER BY-PASS PIPE\n(a) Install a new gasket and water by-pass pipe to the\ntiming belt case with the two nuts.\nTorque: 140 kg-cm (10 ft-lb, 14 N-m)\n(b) Install the water by-pass pipe to the cylinder block\nwith the three bolts.\nTorque: 130 kg-cm (9 ft-lb, 13 N-m)\n\n21. INSTALL CYLINDER HEAD\n(See steps 1 and 4 to 16 and 18 on pages EM-55 to 61)\n\n22. INSTALL TIMING BELT\n(See steps 1 to 8, 10 to 12 and 16 on pages EM-28 to 31)\n\n23. REMOVE ENGINE STAND\n\n24. INSTALL REAR END PLATE\nTorque: 130 kg-cm (9 ft-lb, 13 N-m)\n\n25. INSTALL FLYWHEEL OR DRIVE PLATE ON CRANKSHAFT\n(a) Install the flywheel or drive plate on crankshaft.\n(b) Apply a light coat of engine oil on the threads and\nunder the bolt heads.\n(c) Install and uniformly tighten the bolts in several pass-\nes, in the sequence shown.\nTorque: 750 kg-cm (54 ft-lb, 74
