INSPECT RESISTANCE OF ISC VALVE\nUsing an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between terminal B1 — S1 or S3 and B2 — S2 or S4.\nResistance: B1 — S1 or S3 10 — 30 Ω\n            B2 — S2 or S4 10 — 30 Ω\n\nIf resistance is not as specified, replace the ISC valve.\n\n2. INSPECT OPERATION OF ISC VALVE\n(a) Apply battery voltage to terminals B1 and B2 and while repeatedly grounding S1 — S2 — S3 — S4 — S1 in sequence, check that the valve moves toward the closed position.\n\n(b) Apply battery voltage to terminals B1 and B2 and while repeatedly grounding S4 — S3 — S2 — S1 — S4 in sequence, check that the valve moves toward the open position.\n\nINSPECTION OF CHECK VALVE (7M-GTE only)\n\nInspect the check valve for damage and the diaphragm for cracks.\nIf necessary, replace the check valve.\n\nINSTALLATION OF ISC VALVE\n\n1. INSTALL ISC VALVE\n(a) 7M-GTE only\nInstall the check valve and seal washer as shown in the illustration, to the air intake chamber.\n(b) Connect the No.1 water by-pass hose to the ISC valve.\n(c) Install a new gasket and ISC valve with the two bolts.\nTorque: 130 kg-cm {9 ft-lb, 13 N-m}\n\n2. CONNECT AIR HOSE AND AIR NO.2 WATER BY-PASS HOSE\n\n3. CONNECT ISC VALVE CONNECTOR\n\n4. REFILL WITH
