VISUALLY INSPECT SPARK PLUGS\nCheck the spark plug for thread or insulator damage.\nIf abnormal, replace the plug.\nRecommended spark plugs:\n7M-GE ND PQ16R\n     NGK BCPR5EP11\n7M-GTE ND PQ20R-P8\n     NGK BCPR6EP-N8\n\n4. INSPECT ELECTRODE GAP\nMaximum electrode gap: 7M-GE 1.3 mm (0.051 in.)\n                      7M-GTE 1.0 mm (0.039 in.)\n\nIf the gap is greater than maximum, replace the plug.\nCorrect electrode gap of new plug:\n7M-GE 1.1 mm (0.043 in.)\n7M-GTE 0.8 mm (0.031 in)\n\nIf adjusting the gap of a new plug, bend only the base of the ground electrode, do not touch the tip.\n\n5. CLEAN SPARK PLUGS\nIf the electrode has traces of wet carbon, allow it to dry and then clean with a spark plug cleaner.\nAir pressure: Below 6 kg/cm² (85 psi, 588 kPa)\nDuration: 20 seconds or less\nHINT: If there are traces of oil, remove it with gasoline before using the spark plug cleaner.\n\n6.
