DISCONNECT HIGH-TENSION CORD\n\n2. INSPECT PRIMARY COIL RESISTANCE\nUsing an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals.\nPrimary coil resistance (cold): 0.24 - 0.30 Ω\n\n3. INSPECT SECONDARY COIL RESISTANCE\nUsing an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the positive (+) terminal and high-tension terminal.\nSecondary coil resistance (cold): 9.2 - 12.4 kΩ\n\n4. RECONNECT HIGH-TENSION CORD\n\nINSPECTION OF DISTRIBUTOR\n\n1. INSPECT AIR GAPS\nUsing a feeler gauge, measure the gap between the signal rotor and pickup coil projection.\nAir gap: 0.2 mm (0.008 in.) or more\nIf the gap is not as specified, replace the distributor.\n\n2.
