ASSEMBLE BOOT CLAMPS TO BOTH BOOTS\n(a) Be sure the boot is on the shaft groove.\n(b) Bend the band and lock it as shown in the figure.\n\n(c) Insure that the boot is not stretched or contracted when the drive shaft is at standard length.\nStandard length:\n551.8 — 554.8 mm (21.724 — 21.842 in.)\n\nINSTALLATION OF REAR DRIVE SHAFT\n(See page RA-16)\n\n1.
