JACK UP AND SUPPORT VEHICLE AND REMOVE WHEEL\n\n2. REMOVE BRAKE CALIPER\nRemove the brake caliper from the axle carrier and suspend it with wire.\n\n3. REMOVE ROTOR DISC\n(See page BR-39)\n\n4. CHECK BEARING PLAY IN AXIAL DIRECTION\nLimit: 0.05 mm (0.0020 in.)\nIf not within specification, disassemble and inspect axle hub.\n\n5. CHECK AXLE SHAFT FLANGE RUNOUT\nLimit: 0.05 mm (0.0020 in.)\nIf not within specification, replace the axle shaft.\n\n6. REMOVE REAR DRIVE SHAFT\n(See page RA-16)\n\n7. REMOVE PARKING BRAKE ASSEMBLY\n(See page BR-39)\n\n8.
