INSTALL SUPPORT STOPPER BOLT\n\nInstall the cover to the bolt, and align the cutout portion of the support stopper bolt and upper bracket, install it from inside of the column upper bracket.\n\nTorque: 110 kg-cm (8 ft-lb, 11 N·m)\n\n12. INSTALL NO. 1 TILT SUB LEVER\n\nInsert the tilt lever pin into the hole of the No. 1 tilt sub lever.\n\n13. INSTALL SPACER AND PIN\n\n14. INSTALL TILT LEVER RETAINER\n\n(a) Install the tilt lever retainer with the collar, cushion and bolt.\n\nTorque: 195 kg-cm (14 ft-lb, 19 N·m)\n\n(b) Temporarily install the two nuts and two washers.\n\n(c) Hold the serration bolt and tighten the two nuts.\n\nTorque: 195 kg-cm (14 ft-lb, 19 N·m)\n\n(d) Install and torque the bolt.\n\nTorque: 80 kg-cm (69 in.-lb, 7.8
