INSTALL TILT LEVER RETAINER\n(a) Install the tilt lever retainer.\n(b) Install the two nuts and washers.\n(c) Holding the serration bolts and tighten the nuts.\nTorque: 195 kg-cm (14 ft-lb, 19 N-m)\n\n18. ADJUST ENGAGEMENT OF NO.2 TILT SUB LEVER\n(a) Pulling the No.2 tilt sub lever, disengage the pawl from the column upper bracket.\n(b) Moving the column upper bracket up or down, engage the opposite pawl with the column upper bracket.\n(c) Loosen the nut until the tilt steering adjusting nut turns
