A/T:\nINSTALL OIL COOLER TO LOWER TANK\n(a) Clean the O–ring contact surface of the lower tank and oil cooler.\n(b) Install new O–ring (1) to the oil cooler (2).\n(c) Install the oil cooler (2) to the lower tank (3).\n(d) Install the plate washers (4), and nuts (5).\nTorque: 8.3 N·m (85 kgf·cm, 74 in.·lbf)\n(e) Install the inlet pipes (6).\nTorque: 15 N·m (150 kgf·cm, 11 ft·lbf)\nHINT: Face the inlet pipes in the same direction they were before disassembly.\n\nP13250\n\n(6)\nP13196\n\n2. INSPECT LOCK PLATE\nInspect the lock plate for damage.\nHINT:\n• If the sides of the lock plate groove are deformed, reassembly of the tank will be impossible.\n• Therefore, first correct any deformation with pliers or similar object. Water leakage will result if the bottom of the lock plate groove is damaged or dented. Therefore, repair or replace if necessary.\n\nLock Plate    Lock Plate\nCore\nCO1267\n\n3.
