After installation, confirm proper fit.\n\nWELDING PRECAUTIONS\n1. The number of welding spots should be as follows.\nSpot weld: 1.3 x No. of manufacturer's spots.\nPlug weld: More than No. of manufacturer's plugs.\n\nWRONG\n\n2. Plug welding should be done with a MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welder. Do not gas weld or braze panels at areas other than specified.\n\nPOST–WELDLNG REFINISHING\n1. Always check the welded spots to insure they are secure.\n2. When smoothing out the weld spots with a disc grinder, be careful not to grind off too much as this–would weaken the weld.\n\nOKAY          WRONG\n\nSafety Glass\n\nBody Measurement Diagrams\n\nSPOT WELD LOCATIONS\nTry to avoid welding over previous spots.\n\nOil spot Locations\nNew Spot Locations\n\nTip Cutter\n\nSPOT WELDING PRECAUTIONS\n1.
