REMOVE PCV VALVE\n(a) Disconnect the PCV hose from the PCV valve.\n(b) Remove the PCV valve.\n\nCylinder Head Side\n\nClean Hose\n\nP11834\n\n2. INSTALL CLEAN HOSE TO PCV VALVE\n3. INSPECT PCV VALVE OPERATION\n(a) Blow air into the cylinder head side, and check that air passes\nthrough easily.\nCAUTION: Do not suck air through the valve. Petroleum sub-\nstances inside the valve are harmful.\n\nAir Intake Chamber Side\n\nP11831\n\n(b) Blow air into the air intake chamber side, and check that air\npasses through with difficulty.\nIf operation is not as specified, replace the PCV valve.\n4. REMOVE CLEAN HOSE FROM PCV VALVE\n5.
