INSTALL PS PUMP\n(a) Install the pump bracket with the 2 bolts.\nTorque:\nA 58 N·m (590 kgf·cm, 43 ft·lbf)\nB 39 N·m (400 kgf·cm, 29 ft·lbf)\n(b) Install the pump rear stay with the 2 bolts.\nTorque: 39 N·m (400 kgf·cm, 29 ft·lbf)\n(c) Install the pump housing to the pump bracket.\n(d) Connect the following hoses:\n• Air hose to No.4 timing belt cover\n• Air hose to air intake chamber\n(e) Install the front pump bracket with the 2 bolts (A).\nTorque: 58 N·m (590 kgf·cm, 43 ft·lbf)\n(f) Install the plate washer and bolt (B) to the oil pump.\nTorque: 52 N·m (530 kgf·cm, 38 ft·lbf)\n14. INSTALL ENGINE WIRE BRACKET\n15. CONNECT FUEL HOSES\n(a) Connect the fuel return hose to the fuel return pipe.\n(b) Install the fuel return hose to the clamp of the oil dipstick guide.\n(c) Install the fuel inlet hose with 2 new gaskets and the union bolt.\nTorque: 29 N·m (300 kgf·cm, 22 ft·lbf)\n16. CONNECT WIRES AND CONNECTORS\n17. CONNECT EVAP HOSE\n18. CONNECT BRAKE BOOSTER VACUUM HOSE\n19. CONNECT HEATER HOSES\n20. INSTALL CHARCOAL CANISTER\n21. INSTALL WATER PUMP PULLEY, FAN, FLUID COUPLING ASSEMBLY AND DRIVE BELT\n(See step 10 in water pump installation in Cooling System)\n22. INSTALL AIR CLEANER, VAF METER AND INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR PIPE ASSEMBLY\n23. CONNECT CONTROL CABLES TO THROTTLE BODY\n24. FILL WITH FUEL\n25. FILL WITH ENGINE OIL\n26. CHECK IGNITION TIMING\n(See ignition timing inspection and adjustment)\n27. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY\n(See radiator installation in Cooling System)\n28. START ENGINE AND CHECK FOR LEAKS\n29.
