DISCONNECT ENGINE WIRE\n(a) Disconnect these connectors and clamps:\n(1) 6 injectors connectors\n(2) 2 camshaft position sensor connectors\n(3) 3 engine wire clamps from injector holders\n\n(1) (2) (1)\n(1)\n(1)\n(3)\nP11361\n\n(4) VSV connector for EVAP\n(b) Remove the 2 bolts, and disconnect the 2 ground straps from\nthe intake manifold.\n(c) Remove the nut, and disconnect the engine wire protector\nfrom the intake manifold.\n\nGround Strap VSV Connector for EVAP\nP12128\n\n10. REMOVE STARTER\n(See starter removal in Starting System)\n\n11. REMOVE PRESSURE TANK AND VSV ASSEMBLY\n(a) Disconnect the 2 vacuum hoses from the pressure tank.\n(b) Remove the 2 nuts and pressure tank and VSV assembly.\n12. REMOVE FUEL PRESSURE PULSATION DAMPER\n(See step 2 in fuel pressure pulsation damper in SFI Sys-\ntem)\n\nP12117\n\n13. REMOVE FUEL INLET PIPE\nRemove the union bolt, 2 gaskets, clamp bolt and fuel inlet\npipe.\n\nP12114\n\n14. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD AND DELIVERY PIPE\nASSEMBLY\nRemove the 4 bolts, 2 nuts, engine wire bracket, the intake\nmanifold, delivery pipe assembly and gasket.\n\nEngine Wire
