REMOVE TURBOCHARGER\n(See page TC-10 )\n2. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD\nRemove the 12 nuts, exhaust manifold and 2 gaskets.\n3. M/T:\nREMOVE DRIVE BELT TENSIONER DAMPER\n(See page EM-15 )\n\nP11541\n\n4. REMOVE DRIVE BELT\nLoosen the drive belt tension by turning the drive belt tensioner\nclockwise, and remove the drive belt.\n\nP11837\n\n5. REMOVE WATER OUTLET AND NO.1 WATER\nBYPASS PIPE\n(a) Disconnect the upper radiator hose from the water outlet.\n(b) Disconnect the ECT sensor and sender gauge connec-\ntors.\n(c) Remove the 2 bolts, water outlet and gasket.\n(d) Remove the No.1 water bypass pipe and 2 O-rings.\n\nP12116\n\n6. DISCONNECT PS PUMP WITHOUT\nDISCONNECTING HOSES\n(a) Disconnect these hoses:\n(1) PS air hose from throttle body\n(2) PS air hose from air intake chamber\n(b) Remove the 2 bolts, and disconnect the vane pump from\nthe pump bracket.\nHINT:\nPut aside the vane pump, and suspend it.\n\nP11642\n\n7. DISCONNECT FUEL RETURN HOSE\nDisconnect the fuel return hose from the fuel return pipe. Plug\nthe hose end.\n8.
