A/T:\n      INSTALL TORQUE CONVERTER CLUTCH MOUNTING\n      BOLTS\n(a)   First, install the gray bolt. Then install 5 black bolts while\n      turning the crankshaft to gain access. Tighten the bolts\n      evenly.\n      Torque: 33 N·m (340 kgf·cm, 25 ft·lbf)\n(b)   Install the hole plug.\n5.    A/T:\n      INSTALL OIL COOLER PIPE FOR\n      TRANSMISSION\n(a)   Temporarily install the 2 oil cooler pipe, 2 hose clamps\n      and tube clamp with 3 clamp bolts.\n(b)   Connect the 2 oil cooler tubes to the unions on the trans-\n      mission. Tighten the union nuts.\n      Torque:44 N·m (450 kgf·cm, 33 ft·lbf)\n(c)   Tighten the 3 clamp bolts.\n6.    INSTALL STARTER\n7.    CONNECT ENGINE WIRE TO TRANSMISSION\n8.    A/T:\n      INSTALL OIL DIPSTICK AND GUIDE FOR\n      TRANSMISSION\n(a)   Install a new O-ring to the dipstick guide.\n(b)   Connect the dipstick guide end to the dipstick tube of the\n      oil pan.\n(c)   Install the dipstick guide with the bolt.\n(d)   Install the dipstick.\n\nP11499\n\n9.    INSTALL ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY\n      IN VEHICLE\n(a)   Attach the engine hoist chain to the engine hangers.\n(b)   Lower the engine and transmission assembly into the en-\n      gine compartment.\nNOTICE:\nInstall the engine and transmission assembly carefully\nwithout damaging the shift lever retainer (M/T), A/C com-\npressor and PS solenoid valve.\n\nP11500\n\n(c)   Insert the stud bolts of the front engine mounting insula-\n      tors into the stud bolt holes of the front suspension cross-\n      member.\n(d)   Temporarily install the 2 nuts holding the engine front\n      mounting insulators to the front suspension crossmem-\n      ber.\n(e)   Keep the engine level with a jack.\n(f)   Remove the hoist chain.\n\n1997 SUPRA  (RM502U)\n\nAuthor :          Date :
