Check to see\nif the malfunction occurs.\nNOTICE:\n(1) Do not heat to more than 60°C (140°F). (Temperature\n    limit that no damage is done to the component).\n(2) Do not apply heat directly to parts in the ECU.\n\nMalfunction\n\nFI2334\n\n3  WATER SPRINKLING METHOD:  When the malfunction seems to occur on a rainy\n                              day or in a high–humidity condition.\n\nSprinkle water onto the vehicle and check to see if the\nmalfunction occurs.\nNOTICE:\n(1) Never sprinkle water directly into the engine compart-\n    ment, but indirectly change the temperature and humidity\n    by applying water spray onto the radiator front surface.\n(2) Never apply water directly onto the electronic compo-\n    nents.\n(Service hint)\nIf a vehicle is subject to water leakage, the leaked water may\ncontaminate the ECU.
