TIGHTEN BOLTS AND NUTS ON CHASSIS AND BODY\nTighten the following parts:\n• Front seat–to–body mounting bolts\nTorque: 37 N·m (375 kgf·cm, 27 ft·lbf).\n• Front suspension member–to–body mounting bolt\nTorque:\nFront side\n125 N·m (1,280 kgf·cm, 92 ft·lbf)\n\nRear side\n200 N·m (2,040 kgf·cm, 148 ft·lbf)\n• Rear suspension member–to–body mounting bolts.\nTorque: 175 N·m (1,790 kgf·cm, 129 ft·lbf)\n• Rear suspension member rear cushion–to–body\nmounting bolts\nTorque: 58 N·m (590 kgf·cm, 43 ft·lbf)\n\n23. BODY INSPECTION\n(a) Check the body exterior for dents, scratches and rust.\n(b) Check the underbody for rust and damage.\nIf necessary, replace or repair.\n\n24. ROAD TEST\n(a) Check the engine and chassis for abnormal noises.\n(b) Check that the vehicle does not wander or pull to one side.\n(c) Check that the brakes work properly and do not drag.\n(d) Perform setting of the parking brake shoes and drum.\n\n25. FINAL INSPECTION\n(a) Check the operation of the body parts:\n• Hood\nAuxiliary catch operates properly\nHood locks securely when closed\n• Front and rear doors\nDoor locks operate properly\nDoors close properly\n• Luggage compartment door\nDoor lock operates properly\n• Seats\nSeat adjusts easily and locks securely in any position\nFront seat back locks securely in any position\nFolding–down rear seat backs lock securely\n(b) Be sure to deliver a clean car.
