DISCONNECT TIE ROD END FROM STEERING KNUCKLE\n(a) Remove the cotter pin and nut.\nTorque: 49 N·m (500 kgf·cm, 36 ft·lbf)\n(b) Using SST, disconnect the tie rod end from the steering knuckle.\nSST 09611–12010\n\nSST\nSA3535\n\n7. REMOVE STEERING KNUCKLE\n(a) Remove upper side of the cotter pin and nut.\nTorque: 103 N·m (1,050 kgf·cm, 76 ft·lbf)\n(b) Remove lower side of the clip and nut.\nTorque: 125 N·m (1,270 kgf·cm, 92 ft·lbf)\n(c) Using SST, remove the steering knuckle from the upper and lower suspension arms.\nSST 09628–62011\n\nSST\nSST\nR11076\n\nFRONT AXLE HUB DISASSEMBLY\n\n1. REMOVE HUB GREASE CAP\nUsing a screwdriver, remove the hub grease cap from the steering knuckle.\n2. REMOVE FRONT AXLE HUB LOCK NUT AND ABS SPEED SENSOR ROTOR\n(a) Clamp the axle hub in a soft jaw vise.\nHINT: Close vise until it holds hub bolt. Do not tighten further.\n(b) Using a hammer and chisel, loosen the staked part of the lock nut and remove it.\n(c) Remove the sensor rotor.\nNOTICE: Take care not to scratch the serrations of the sensor rotor.\n\nR07203\n\n3. REMOVE AXLE HUB FROM STEERING KNUCKLE\n(a) Remove the 4 bolts and shift the brake dust cover toward the hub side (outside).\n(b) Using SST, remove the axle hub from the steering knuckle.\nSST
