REMOVE OIL SEALS\nUsing SST, remove the inner and outer oil seals.\nSST 09308–00010\n\nCO2682\nSST\nSST\nZ06773\n\n4.  REMOVE BEARING\n(a)  Using snap ring pliers, remove the snap ring.\n(b)  Place the inner race (inside) to the bearing.\n(c)  Using SST and a press, remove the bearing.\nSST 09608–12010 (09608–00020, 09608–00060)\n\nXB783\nSST\nZ06775\n\nAXLE HUB ASSEMBLY\n1.  INSTALL NEW BEARING\n(a)  Using SST, install the bearing to the axle carrier.\nSST 09527–17011, 09608–32010\nNOTICE: If the inner races come loose from the bearing outer race, be sure to install them on the same side as before.\n(b)  Using snap ring pliers, install the snap ring.\n\nCO4618\nSST\nSST\nZ06776\n\n2.  INSTALL OIL SEAL (Outer)\n(a)  Place the inner race (outside).\n(b)  Using SST and hammer, tap in a new oil seal until it is flush with end surface of the carrier.\nSST 09608–32010\nNOTICE: Be careful not to damage the oil seal.\n(c)  Coat MP grease to the oil seal lip.\n\nXB785\nSST\nZ06777\n\n3.  INSTALL AXLE HUB\n(a)  Temporarily install the backing plate with the hexagon bolt.\n(b)  Place the inner race (inside).\n(c)  Using SST and a press, install the axle hub.\nSST 09608–12010
