INSTALL RING GEAR SET BOLTS\n(a) After the ring gear has cooled sufficiently, install new ring\ngear set bolts to which thread lock has been applied.\nThread lock:\nPart No. 08833–00100, THREE BOND 1360 K or\nequivalent.\nNOTICE: New ring gear set bolts should be used in every\ncase.\n\n64 N·m\n(650 kgf·cm, 47 ft·lbf)\n60 – 90°\nSA1180\n\n(b) Torque the set bolts uniformly and a little at a time.\nTorque: 64 N·m (650 kgf·cm, 47 ft·lbf)\n(c) Tighten the bolts an additional 60–90°.\nNOTICE: Tighten the bolts in diagonally opposite pairs.\n\nSST\nSST\nSA1137\n\n5. INSTALL DRIVE PINION BEARING OUTER RACES AND\nADJUSTING PLATE WASHER\nNOTICE: Always reassemble with a new adjusting plate\nwasher.\nHINT: The adjusting plate washer is used for adjusting the\ntooth contact pattern. 42 types of washer with differential\nthicknesses are available.\nFirst fit a washer with the same thickness as the washer\nwhich was removed, then after checking the tooth contact\npattern, replace the washer with one of a different thickness\nif
