REMOVE FUEL PUMP FILTER FROM FUEL PUMP\n(a) Using a small screwdriver, remove the clip.\nINSTALLATION HINT: Use a new clip.\n(b) Pull out the pump filter.\n\nP13168\n\nFUEL PUMP INSTALLATION\n1. INSTALL FUEL PUMP AND SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY\n(a) Install a new gasket to the fuel tank.\n(b) Insert fuel pump and sender gauge assembly into the fuel tank.\n(c) Align the arrow marks of the fuel pump bracket and fuel tank.\n\nSST\nRib\nP11280\nP13139\nArea\nZ09524\n\n(d) Temporarily install the retainer.\n(e) Using SST, tighten the retainer until the arrow mark on the retainer is within the lines on the fuel tank.\nSST 09808–14010\n(f) Check that the arrow marks of the fuel pump bracket and fuel tank are
