Replace the O–rings.\n(m) Position the injector connector upward.\n\nConnector\nUpward\nRotate\n\n(n) Tighten the 3 bolts holding the delivery pipe to the intake\nmanifold.\nTorque: 21 N·m (210 kgf·cm, 15 ft·lbf)\n2. INSTALL ACTUATOR FOR ACIS\n(a) Install the actuator with the 2 bolts.\nTorque: 6.8 N·m (70 kgf·cm, 61 in.·lbf)\n(b) Inspect the intake air control valve.\n(See intake air control valve inspection in ACIS)\n\nDark\nGray\n\n3. CONNECT INJECTOR CONNECTORS\nConnect the 6 injector connectors.\nHINT: The No.1, No.3 and No.5 injector connectors are dark\ngray, and the No.2, No.4 and No.6 injector connectors are\ngray.\n4. CONNECT FUEL INLET PIPE TO DELIVERY PIPE\nConnect the inlet pipe with 2 new gaskets and the union bolt.\nTorque: 41 N·m (420 kgf·cm, 30 ft·lbf)\n5. CONNECT FUEL RETURN PIPE TO FUEL PRESSURE\nREGULATOR\nConnect the return pipe with 2 new gaskets and the union\nbolt.\nTorque: 27 N·m (280 kgf·cm, 20 ft·lbf)\n6.
