INSTALL THROTTLE BODY AND INTAKE AIR\nCONNECTOR ASSEMBLY\n(a) Install a new gasket to the air intake chamber, facing the\nprotrusion rearward.\n(b) Place the throttle body and intake air connector assembly on\nthe cylinder head.\n(c) Connect these hoses:\n• 3 vacuum hoses (from No.2 vacuum pipe) to No.1\nvacuum pipe\n• Water bypass hose (from water outlet) to throttle body\n• Vacuum hose (from actuator for ACIS) to No.1 vacuum\npipe\n(d) Install the 4 bolts and 2 nuts holding the intake air connector\nto the air intake chamber.\nTorque: 27 N·m (270 kgf·cm, 20 ft·lbf)\n(e) Install the nut holding the VSV for the ACIS to the air intake\nchamber.\n(f) Connect these connectors and hoses:\n• Throttle position sensor connector\n• IAC valve connector\n• VSV connector for EGR\n• PCV hose to intake air connector\n• Water bypass hose (from No.2 water bypass pipe) to\nthrottle body\n• California only:\nAir hose to IAC valve\n9. INSTALL THROTTLE BODY BRACKET\nTorque: 21 N·m (210 kgf·cm, 15 ft·lbf)\n10. INSTALL NO.2 VACUUM PIPE\nTorque: 27 N·m (270 kgf·cm, 20 ft·lbf)\n11. CONNECT EGR GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR\nCONNECTOR\n12.
