REMOVE VSV FOR FUEL PRESSURE CONTROL\n(a) Disconnect the connector and hoses:\n(1) VSV connector\n(2) Vacuum sensing hose from fuel pressure control\n(3) Vacuum sensing hose from air intake chamber\n\n2. REMOVE OIL DIPSTICK AND GUIDE FOR A/T\n(a) Remove the bolt.\n(b) Pull out the dipstick guide together with the dipstick.\nINSTALLATION HINT: Apply soapy water to the O–ring, and\npush in the dipstick guide.\n(c) Remove the O–ring from the dipstick guide.\nINSTALLATION HINT: Use a new O–ring.\n\nO-Ring\nPull\nP11469\nZ09090\n\n3. REMOVE OIL DIPSTICK AND GUIDE FOR ENGINE\n(a) Disconnect the fuel return hose from the clamp of the dipstick\nguide.\n(b) Remove the bolt.\n(c) Pull out the dipstick guide together with the dipstick.\nINSTALLATION HINT: Apply soapy water to the O–ring, and\npush in the dipstick guide.\n(d) Remove the O–ring from the dipstick guide.\nINSTALLATION HINT: Use a new O–ring.\n\nFuel Return\nHose\nPull\nO-Ring\nP12564\n\n4. REMOVE EGR PIPE\n(a) Loosen the union nut of the EGR pipe.\nTorque: 64 N·m (650 kgf·cm, 47 ft·lbf)\n(b) Remove the 2 bolts, EGR pipe and gasket.\nTorque: 27 N·m (270 kgf·cm, 20 ft·lbf)\n\n5. DISCONNECT EGR GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR\nCONNECTOR\n(a) Disconnect the connector from the No.2 vacuum pipe.\n(b) Disconnect the sensor connector from the wiring connector.\n6.
