REMOVE AIR INTAKE CHAMBER ASSEMBLY\n(a) Remove the bolt, and disconnect the ground cable from the\nintake manifold.\n(b) Remove the 2 bolts holding the engine wire protector to the\nintake manifold.\n(c) Disconnect the 2 clamps of the engine wire protector from the\nbrackets.\n\nP11313\n\n(d) Remove the 5 bolts, 2 nuts and engine wire bracket, and\ndisconnect the air intake chamber assembly from the intake\nmanifold.\nINSTALLATION HINT: Uniformly tighten the bolts and nuts in\nseveral passes.\nTorque: 27 N·m (280 kgf·cm, 20 ft·lbf)\n\nWater\nBypass\nHose\nP11312\n\n(e) Disconnect the water bypass hose from the IAC valve.\n(f) Remove the gasket.\nINSTALLATION HINT: Use a new gasket.\n\nGray Dark (2) Gray\n(1) Gray (1)\nDark\nGray (2)\nGray (1)\nDark\nGray\n(1)\nP11311 (3)\nZ09317\n\n13. DISCONNECT WIRE CLAMPS AND CONNECTORS\nDisconnect these connectors and clamps:\n(1) 6 injectors connectors\nINSTALLATION HINT: The No.1, No.3 and No.5 injector con-\nnectors are dark gray, and the No.2, No.4 and No.6 injector\nconnectors are gray.\n(2) 2 camshaft position sensor connectors\n(3) 3 engine wire clamps from injector holders\n\nFuel\nReturn\nPipe\nFuel\nInlet\nPipe\nP11300\n\n14.
