WARM UP ENGINE\nAllow the engine to warm up to normal operating temperature.\n\n2. CHECK IDLE SPEED\nIdle speed (Transmission in neutral position):\n650 ± 50 rpm\n\nTurn\nDashpot\nAdjusting Screw\nPush Rod\nP12560\n\n3. CHECK AND ADJUST DASHPOT SETTING SPEED\n(a) Disconnect the control cables from the throttle body.\n(b) Turn the throttle linkage until the dashpot adjusting screw starts to separate from the push rod. Then keep the throttle linkage at that position.\n(c) Check that the dashpot is set.\nDashpot setting speed:\n2,300 ± 400 rpm\n(d) Reconnect the control cables to the throttle body.\n\n4.
