Inspect VSV for open circuit\nUsing an ohmmeter, check that there is continuity between\nthe terminals.\nResistance:\nAt 20°C (68°F) 30–34 Ω\nIf there is no continuity, replace the VSV.\n\nB. Inspect VSV for ground\nUsing an ohmmeter, check that there is no continuity be-\ntween each terminal and the body.\nIf there is continuity, replace the VSV.\n\nC. Inspect VSV operation\n(a) Check that air does not flow from port E to F.\n\n(b) Apply battery voltage across the terminals.\n(c) Check that air flows from port E to F.\nIf operation is not as specified, replace the VSV.\n3.
