REMOVE FRONT LOWER ARM BRACKET STAY\nRemove the 2 bolts, nut, plate washer and arm bracket stay.\nTorque:\n    Bolts\n        44 N·m (450 kgf·cm, 33 ft·lbf)\n    Nut\n        59 N·m (600 kgf·cm, 43 ft·lbf)\n\n9. REMOVE UPPER FRONT CROSSMEMBER EXTENSION\nRemove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and crossmember extension.\nTorque:\n    Bolts\n        29 N·m (300 kgf·cm, 22 ft·lbf)\n    Nuts\n        33 N·m (340 kgf·cm, 25 ft·lbf)\n\nP12054\n\nP12025\n\n10. REMOVE NO.2 FRONT EXHAUST PIPE\n(a) Remove the 2 bolts and nuts holding the front exhaust pipe\nto the No.2 front exhaust pipe.\nTorque: 58 N·m (590 kgf·cm, 43 ft·lbf)\n(b) Remove the 2 bolts and pipe support bracket.\nTorque: 43 N·m (440 kgf·cm, 32 ft·lbf)\n(c) Disconnect the front exhaust pipe from the No.2 exhaust\npipe. Remove the gasket.\nINSTALLATION HINT: Use a new gasket.\n\n(d) Remove the 3 nuts, No.2 front exhaust pipe and gasket.\nINSTALLATION HINT: Use a new gasket and 3 new nuts.\nTorque: 62 N·m (630 kgf·cm, 46 ft·lbf)\n11. REMOVE HEAT INSULATOR FOR NO.2 FRONT EXHAUST\nPIPE\nRemove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and heat insulator.\n\nRear\nSide\nFront\nSide\nP11349\n\n12.
