REMOVE MAIN HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR\n(a) Disconnect the oxygen sensor connector.\n(b) Remove the 2 nuts, oxygen sensor and gasket.\nINSTALLATION HINT: Use a new gasket and 2 new nuts.\nTorque: 20 N·m (200 kgf·cm, 14 ft·lbf)\n\nP11433\n\n24. REMOVE EXHAUST GAS CONTROL VALVE\nRemove the 3 nuts, control valve and 2 gaskets.\nNOTICE: The control valve is ceramic. Do not drop or knock\nthe control valve.\nINSTALLATION HINT: Use 2 new gaskets and 3 new nuts.\nTorque: 69 N·m (700 kgf·cm, 51 ft·lbf)\n\nP11434\n\n25. REMOVE NO.1 TURBOCHARGER STAY\nRemove the bolt, nut and turbocharger stay.\nTorque: 43 N·m (440 kgf·cm, 32 ft·lbf)\n26. REMOVE NO.2 TURBOCHARGER STAY\nRemove the bolt, nut and turbocharger stay.\nINSTALLATION HINT: Install the turbocharger stay and No.1\nturbo oil pipe clamp with the bolt and nut.\nTorque: 43 N·m (440 kgf·cm, 32 ft·lbf)\n\nNo.2\nClamp No.1\nP11431\n\n27. REMOVE NO.1 TURBO OIL PIPE\n(a) Remove the union bolt holding the turbo oil pipe to the\ncylinder block. Remove the 2 gaskets.\nINSTALLATION HINT: Use 2 new gaskets.\nTorque: 39 N·m (400 kgf·cm, 29 ft·lbf)\n(b) Remove the 2 nuts, and disconnect the turbo oil pipe from\nturbocharger. Remove the gasket.\nINSTALLATION HINT:\n• Use a new gasket.\n• Align the oil holes of the gasket and turbocharger\nhousing.\nTorque: 21 N·m (210 kgf·cm, 15 ft·lbf)\n(c) Disconnect the turbo oil hose from the turbo oil outlet on the\nNo.1 oil pan, and remove the turbo oil pipe.\n28. REMOVE NO.2 TURBO OIL PIPE\n(a) Remove the union bolt holding the turbo oil pipe to the\ncylinder block.
