TURBOCHARGING PRESSURE TOO LOW\nCheck turbocharging pressure. (See page EG–144)\nTurbocharging pressure:\n61–75 kPa\n(062–0.76 kgf/cm2, 8.8–10.8 psi)\nIf the pressure is below specifications, begin diagnosis from item 2.\n\n2. RESTRICTED INTAKE SYSTEM\nCheck intake air system, and repair or replace parts as necessary. (See page EG–144)\n\n3. LEAK IN INTAKE AIR SYSTEM\nCheck intake air system, and repair or replace parts as necessary. (See page EG–144)\n\n4. RESTRICTED EXHAUST SYSTEM\nCheck intake air system, and repair or replace parts as necessary. (See page EG–144)\n\n5. LEAK IN EXHAUST SYSTEM\nCheck intake air system, and repair or replace parts as necessary. (See page EG–144)\n\n6. ERRATIC TURBOCHARGER OPERATION\nCheck rotation of turbine shaft. If it does not turn or turns with a heavy drag, replace the turbocharger assembly.\nCheck axial and radial play of turbine shaft.
