Check if any teeth of NE signal plate are broken.\n\nOK\nNG Tighten sensor.\nReplace timing rotor.\n\n2 Check valve timing (Check for loose and jumping teeth of timing belt (See page EG–33)).\n\nOK\nNG Adjust valve timing (repair or replace timing belt).\n\nCheck for intermittent problems.\n(See page
